About Mystik

What is Mystik Café?

Mystik is a two-floor immersive café in downtown Toronto where stylish café culture meets curated animal experiences. We’re not a petting zoo — think of us as a mysterious, aesthetic space where reptiles, design, and discovery collide.

Ocean World (2nd Floor)

Is there an entry fee for the Ocean World floor?

Nope. Ocean World is free to enter. Just walk in, grab a drink or dessert, and chill with the jellyfish vibes.

What animals can I see on the Ocean World floor?

Jellyfish, unique aquatic creatures, and marine-inspired art. It’s designed to be calming, captivating, and photo-worthy.

Reptile Jungle (3rd Floor)

Do I need a ticket for the Reptile Jungle?
Yes. The Reptile Jungle on the 3rd floor is a paid experience. Tickets are available online or at the café (subject to capacity).

What’s included with my ticket?

Access to our immersive Reptile Jungle Lounge
Close-up views of snakes, chameleons, geckos, and more
Optional guided animal talks & experiences
A nighttime transformation into a gothic cocktail lounge with events

Can I touch the reptiles?

Mystik is a “look, don’t grab” space — for everyone’s safety, casual handling is not allowed.
However, we offer staff-assisted interactive sessions where you can get up close with certain reptiles under supervision. Gloves are provided for protection during these experiences.

Want hands-on time? Ask our staff about upcoming interactive sessions or special events you can sign up for.

Is it safe?
Yes. All reptiles are housed in secure, curated habitats. Our team is trained to ensure a safe and respectful experience for everyone.

Can kids visit the Reptile Jungle?
Absolutely. Kids are welcome! We just ask that parents keep an eye on little explorers to ensure a calm, respectful environment for the animals.

What do you serve?
Signature coffe, creative lattes, soft-serve ice cream, artistic desserts, and rotating seasonal specials — all with Mystik’s visual flair.

Any vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes! We offer select vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free choices. Ask our staff for details when ordering.

Mystik Merch

Do you sell merchandise?
Yes. Limited-run Mystik apparel, mug pads, tote bags, and candles are available in-store and online. Perfect for gifting (or flexing).

Events & Private Bookings

Do you host private events?
We do. From educational animal talks to moody masquerade nights, Mystik is perfect for small events. Contact us for bookings.

Where are you located?
360 Queen Street West, Toronto.

Do I need a reservation?

Ocean World (2nd floor) is walk-in friendly.
Reptile Jungle (3rd floor) requires a ticket. Booking ahead is recommended, especially on weekends.

Are pets allowed?

Only service animals are allowed — and only on the Ocean World (2nd floor). For the safety of our reptiles and guests, we cannot allow other pets in the space.

Is Mystik wheelchair accessible?
At this time, both floors are stair-access only. However, we’re more than happy to assist and accommodate guests to the best of our ability. Please reach out before your visit, and we’ll do everything we can to make your experience enjoyable.
